Need a antique dealer

Hello you lovely geniuses I found the perfect gift for my grand father it's a solid silver Hallmarked victorian hip flask I have attached a link with the photos.
The problem I have is that this seems very cheap to others I have seen I don't want to be ripped off can someone PLEASE let me know if its worth it before I buy it Please.
