Antique Clothing

I had a house fire and have seriously, smoke-damaged antique clothing.  One item is a cape with gold embroidery from the 40's.  The other is a sequined, line jacket with fur (ermin?) cuffs probably from the 50's60's.  Both were in perfect condition.  My insurance wants an estimate on them, and I have no idea how to get an accurate one.
