Made in occupied japan figurine

Found this really cool figurine are at resale shop and bought it. Doing further research I can't seem to find this specific one for sale online and was wondering if anyone here knew any more about it. Please and thank you

During that period so many of these  figures were  made finding another is near impossible !  Most were done as cottage businesses and painted by family members !  They got the blanks and just did the decorating/painting !! Values have really dropped lately !!
