Hello All, I have a rare toy from Andy's Gang TV show c. early 1950s.
It is Froggy the Gremlin . What is the best way to clean and Preserve this
Naughty Gremlin ?

Hello!  Nice piece of history!
You are better off leaving as is.
However, if you want to brush off with a soft cloth any dust/dirt.
You can try to gently clean the surface with a damp soft cloth.  If it isn't removing any dirt that you care to  remove you can try a bit of gentle/mild soap with water.  Be aware that rigorous cleaning can remove paint and finishes which will devalue your item.
