plaster statue

i inherited a plaster(?) statue from my great aunt. it is about 2 feet tall. it is a lady with long flowing hair and dress. she holds her scarf out off her shoulder in which there is a groove that holds a round mirror. the base of her dress is shaped out so as to hold jewelry or other small items. no markings on bottom but the number 173 is etched on  the side of the dress. i have looked and looked online and cannot find anything like this. i think it is early 1900's. can anyone help
