Civil War Era Hand Drawn Map

I am trying to find someone that might give me some insight on a hand drawn map/document of Lock 33 in Maryland on the Potomoc River at Harper's Ferry dated Oct. 23, 1861. If anyone is interested in knowing more details of this document, let me know through a post/email. Thanks!
