antique bisque figurines

I would like to know about these figurines they are of a cobbler and a women that is cooking on a open stove. the detail is so clear. The bottom has 3 crowns with a N under the middle one and has hand painted. Does anyone know anything about them

I  don't have a listing, for 3 crown's.a picture of trademark would be great.
