Upon researching the internet we found out that they are called Brown Betty teapots from the World Wars.. They have a card with them that states.. Each of the teapots has written in gold on the bottom.. World War II Made in England Escorted to USA By Royal Navy.... Then in a blueish colored paint there is a number 4169
