Few items I need help with if Possible

I have a couple items I have aquired and would like any help I can get with them.  Any help would be appreciated. 




This seems to be a shoe shine kit, but it has bordon's and the school for the blind.






this was found in an attic and I have not been able to find another like it. it is a booklet with several blank pages and only one filled out.





any help would be appreciated

1st item is a Yarn Winder............. ....2nd is as you stated, shoe shine kit. Borden's School made and sold the kits to raise funds for the school............. ..3rd item I would say is a booklet given out to owners of horses or mules to help the detective agency in identification of same.........

shoe shine box........$50

Booklet.........$5-$10

too bad the signature on the booklet isn't THE.......Wilbur Wright..........ins tead of Wilber Wright
