This silver basket measures 4" in diameter and stands 4" high. It is 4 footed with a swing hinge handle. The bottom has a hole in the center measuring 1-1/2" leading us to believe this is some sort of candle holder. The only noticable marking we can find is "931" on the bottom of the piece.
Any help you can provide in identifying the maker, pattern, etc is appreciated!
