Value of Small Wooden Duck with Stamp

I purchased a small wooden duck through a buyer of an estate sale in Pennsylvania.
On the bottom it reads, HANDCRAFTED BY BHH  WELTY, and below that is a "w" with a circle around it.  Just wondering about the artist, the company and the worth.
