Six Plank Blanket Chest

Can anyone tell me how old it is, its origin possibly, and an estimated value. The dimensions are 30 x 18 x 13. Also looking for advise as to cleaning it, it is covered in dusty dirty residue, any products or recipes that I can use that will not effect the wood or the value?

That looks to be a "six board blanket chest" ....... made of Black Walnut.

And dey hain't sawed black walnut boards that were that wide since Hector's pup wasa pup.
