Antique Lighters

Trying to get information about a cigarette lighter. Looks to be from the 1930's - very sleek styling, looks like it's silver. It's the 'pocket' type of lighter. On the bottom in says  garantie Zonder - the Z is elongated and the o almost forms a hand with fingers.... then it is marked CP in overlapping letter, C above the P, and then No. 60.
Does anyone know what language, country this would be from? OR recognize any of the markings. Looks to be a very fine lighter from the styling and design.
Any resource info would be appreciated.
THanks
