Numbered Mickey-Minnie Mouse porcelain doll

Both of Minnie and Mickey's feet are numbered. Minnie is number 010 and Mickey is number 020.
Mickey wears green pants and helds a soccerball under his arm. Their faces look like the very first animations.
I've had these dolls for at least 20 years and my mom bought those second hand from an old dude.

Does any one know the worth?

A picture would really help.  Do they have a "Made in Japan" or any other such writing or stamps on them?  Original Disney toys are very collectable.  Much depends if they're original, condition, etc.
