silver cruet?

I would like to find out more about this piece.It is silver or plated im not sure.it was made by the rogers&smith co. #100. its 16" in hieght,7 1/2" mid section,6 1/2" at the base and it weigths about 5 to 8 pounds (i dont have a scale)
I would also like to get an appraisal price.
