I know i have ask several questions in just a short few days.I do hope this does not make me look bad.I am disabled and have more time than some to try and find information.I have looked,over time,and weather or not i'm looking in the right place or not,i am not able to find what i am looking for.I hope over time i can learn where and how to look and can add something to the forum.

This is a pamphlet that belong to my cousin,i'm guessing it was given to him by the military.He was in the Army and spent time in Vietnam.Like many others,when he came home,things were never the same.He did not stay with us many years after he came back.God rest his soul
My question is,Was this something that was issued,or just something he may have just picked up.If it was issued is it something that is still issued today.I know it's not in very good condition,but it does mean a lot to me.
