Santa sighting
« on: November 26, 2009, 03:01:45 pm »
Greetings from the Detroit Thanksgiving Day Parade.

Been coming here since a tot and my son and I haven't missed a year yet.
Always a great way to get into the holiday spirit.

Here's a link showing a little of the parade's 85 year history.

Also attatched is a photo of the occasion with Santa in the background.
Oh,by the way,I'm the devilishly handsome one in the Nike hoodie (lol).
Have a great holiday all.

Thanks for sharing!  Hope you had and are continuing to have a wonderful day!  Parades are great!

Dean, you look NOTHING like your avatar! *snicker!*

Looks like you're having a great day out there! I have a long-standing tradition of attending the Chinese New Year Parade in San Francisco and began taking my son to that one when he was a baby! Parades are GREAT and it's fun to be in them too!
