     This is a Cake basket / Wedding Basket, Simpson Hall Miller was purchased by International Silver.  Your piece appears to be Early 20th century in date, very oranate, but looks a bit damaged by the first pic.  These are worth about 30 dollars in excellent condition.

Thanks! It's in pretty good shape. Some minor wear and scratches, but no dents or anything like that. The angle the photo was taken at might have made it seem that way.
