Top of the world trade center observatories tickets (adult)
« on: September 28, 2009, 08:42:08 am »
When the twin towers were still there, the top was accessible for viewing pleasures. I have the original tickets to go to the top of the twin towers. How much are they worth? No photos to protect against fraud.

I would think a good place to start on determining a value is to look at Ebay's completed listings for this item.
Without a photo it would be tough for me to compare but most of the ones I saw listed were used and just the stub was being offered so maybe there would be added value in that fact.

Is this what you have?

Wow....can't believe a ticket stub sold for $45
I'm from the South - but please don't mistake my Southern Manners/Accent/Charm as a weakness!

Something like that but the ticket is longer and the stub isn't ripped off.

I'd keep an eye on ebay listings and sooner or later one may show up for comparison.

I have a set of the used stubs from when I was up there.
It was really amazing and not for those with fear of heights.
You know your up there and far above when looking down and seeing the roofs of skyscrapers with helicopters flying around below you. Fear tries to set in as you look down but then you use logic and dismiss it because of your confidence in modern building.
I can't begin to imagine what those poor people went through.
RIP
