Antique Lamp????
« on: June 12, 2010, 09:58:06 am »
Hello everyone :)  I am new to this forum and I was wondering about this old lamp that I have.  It is all glass except for the obvious parts and I can't make out all of the writting on the sticker at the base of the lamp.  I believe that it reads, " A treasure lamp, Hand Engraved, Sch??ler Bros...????"  Any information anyone could tell me about this lamp would be greatly appreciated.  I have spent a great deal of time searching the internet for information about this lamp and I can't seem to find any.  Thank you in advance.

Can you read the city/state name on the label? That may help in tracking down the company. It is hard to see in the photo.

Vintage.  1930 - 1940's. Values these days (dependent on condition) $25 - $40.

I have several passed down from family...these were referred to as boudoir lamps, bedside table lamps, vanity or dresser lamps.

These typically have to be rewired due to the age and forces of time.
