found the spoons that went with the little fork, very beautiful but still can't find who made them. I think it's a sheffield viner but can't find a match for it

The marking on the bowls of the spoons is "EPNS" which stands for electroplated nickle silver. These are really interesting handles, I would love to know who the man is! can you get a photo of any additional hallmarks? There might be something on the back side on the "neck" of the spoon.

Firefligh, I found several hits on Apostle spoons and forks.....give that a try, both google and google images. You'd be more familiar with  the exact figure you have on your fork ;)

Cool Flatware for sure.  I know that crown Silverplate was bought by International, not sure of the date would have to go look.  Most likely in the late 1800's I have not seen these in any of my books.  One thing I find intresting is the EPNS on the bottom of the spoon bowl, not a typical place to mark the spoons.   Based on the style of these I would not think they were made in the 1800's, appears more Early to mid 1900's, but You would think they would have at least the IS mark of International on them.  Not sure I would consider them as Apostle Spoons, for the most part these are small like souviner size, and usually made of sterling.  I may get some time and look around later.  Sorry this is not all that much help.  One thing for sure these would be considered as extra fancy and would be valued above most silverplate flatware.
