Bimex Hinges

I am trying to figure out the age of a hand made piece of furniture.  The piece has Bimex Hinges, and I thought I would start by trying to figure out when the company produced them.  Does anyone have any info on that company or have a rough idea on how old this piece may be.  I originally thought the piece might be a pie safe, but there are no burn marks on the shelving, the previous owner was using it to house his tv.

To answer your questions, BIMEX SA is a company in Germany that has a wide range of products.  It makes/exports furniture hardware.  Started in 1989.
