Northwood Carnival Glass

Do not know how to determine age or name of pattern. was hoping some of the experts here could help.
Also, does not look like much to me but the base is quite nice. Wondering if worth anything?..thnx

Bulls Eye and Leaves - it was worth $50 twenty years ago.  ;D ;D
