Hi, I recently came across this very nice piece of Sebring Porcelain that has been refered to as Flow Blue. This piece looks like a spittoon or small vase with a flow blue floral pattern and gold trim on the edges. I'm hoping someone can tell me where to find information on it's age and approxiamate value.
