Bradley and Hubbard Lamp

I have a 22 inch lamp I believe to be a Bradley and Hubbard. It has B & H in two places on the lamp, and is numbered 158.  It has a four sided shade with I believe what they call green slag glass. I am trying to find out a little more about it and the value.
