Royal Metal MFG Brown Vinyl Office Chair

The bottom says made by Royal Metal Mfg with other words I'm unable to decipher.  It has a  brown vinyl seat and back with brown painted metal frame. I'm wondering if anyone can tell me the age of this chair and what the value would be if any today and when did Royal Metal Mfg cease to be in business.  It's in very good condition with two slight tears on the front corners of the seat and a few paint scrapes here and there.  Thank you

Michigan Avenue, Chicago are some other words. Mid-Century Modern Vinyl and Steel. 1950s. In all gray that would have been a government model. Quite common, uncomfortable to work in all day, and built like a tank.  WWE actors would not be smashing those over one another and surviving another round.
