Kingdom of Yugoslavia document

Hello Everybody! My name is Ian, and im new to this forum.
I just found one document at house i recently bought, and i have no idea if its worth anything

Anyways, its Kingdom Of Yugoslavia Nationality Certificate, and its in very good condition, says its from 1939.

Ive put it on ebay already...but maybe its worth lil bit more than my 39 dollars.
I would appreciate any help and advice

Welcome to the forum, Ian !!  I have no clue about this document !! I would check any possible historical reference to the original owner !! Could be that its value is only to the family of that person !!
