Were the charges on PayPal or your debit card?

A friend recently had her ATM card cloned from a gas station.  According to the station, they had new machines installed and an employee (of the installing company?) was cloning cards. Grrrrrrrrrrrr!!!!!!!!!

Debit card. This is the third time it has happened to us this year. It is apparently going on at some local place we frequent.
