Creepy stuffed dog with moveable eyes/eyelids 1920-30s?

Hi there. I just came across this really creepy stuffed dog at an estate sale. I was guessing it might be from the 20s or 30s, but i have no idea. I cant find another one anywhere because there's no markings and I really don't know how to describe it.
