« on: December 07, 2011, 06:15:06 am »
:o Does anyone know anything about a Allen's Princess wood burning stove??? I have one that says Allen MFG.Co and i found out that Allen Built the Original Parlor Furnace and M.F. Allen, founder of the Allen
Manufacturing Company, began building stoves in 1867. For a quarter of a century the famous
Allen's Princess Range was sole.  But that is all i know about this stove i cant find any pics but the one's i have that wont download lol....I really think this is a rare stove and i hope i can learn more about this and more.

Are we talking about a kitchen range or a parlor stove? I believe the Allen Mfg. Co. went into receivership in the early 1930's.
