Delft Beer Mugs

I picked up these beautiful mugs in a local thrift shop.
They are traditional Delft blue and white depicting the iconic windmill scene.
Both bases are marked Delft Holland with 1/44 on one and 4/44 on the other.
Does anyone know of these marks?

Could we have pics please ?? I have had several pieces of Delft over the years and all have had Delft, Holland, and thats it !! The numbers could indicate the number made in that run or measurement or something only known by the maker !!  Hard to tell !!
