Antique skeleton key
« on: January 12, 2012, 11:33:03 pm »
My husband and I are trying to find out a little information on an antique key, maybe a skeleton key. It is from the "Hotel moderne" in Grenoble, France. Here are some pictures, Any ideas would be great :)
I will leave a direct link to the pictures as they are pretty large, but it shows the detail better.

I believe that you are referring to HOTEL MODERNE ET DES TROIS DAUPHINS which was originally Inn of the Three Dauphins?

You can find lots of items for sale on Ebay!   Historical:  Napoleon stayed there.

I'm from the South - but please don't mistake my Southern Manners/Accent/Charm as a weakness!

Here's a photo of the hotel from one of the postcards on Ebay.
