Victorian Sugar Tongs? EPNS Help value please?

I have these sugar tongs could they possibly be victorian?
And what would you value them at?
I have also tried looking up EPNS stamps with no help to putting a date on this

    Style looks late Victorian to me, "early 1900's.  Value of these type of tongs usually float around $15.00 to $25.00

EPNS = Electroplated Nickel Silver. I agree with the dating above. Maybe even a bit later.

I can't give away silver plated sugar tongs right now, the only ones selling are sterling & they only sell for melt.

I bought them from a car boot sale for 2GBP, the guy said they were Victorian even if they aren`t I still like it

I cant give you a makers name either sorry, Its a long shot but it might be the letter in the diamond has a 'Z' attached to it? like zS

If I am seeing correctly the last part is NS and is often found with EP (electro plated).  NS means means Neusilber (Alpacca) which indicates a base metal for silver plating - this would be found often in European silverplate.   If it says EPNS altogether, that is more commonly found in US  for electroplated nickel silver.

Thanks chonji for looking but I can`t see a Z attached to the S its more a tail on the S,
KC these look more of an English style but I do agree EPNS is more commonly found in America.
