need help on this Painting/picture

I haven't been here for quite awhile, so you probably don't remember me. Things have been CRAZY busy, and just haven't had the chance to come here. I have a friend who wants to sell a picture, and emailed a picture of it to me. I have no clue, so figured I'd ask the experts! The only thing she told me is that it's a Robert Addison. I just asked her for measurements, so when she tells me, I'll add those here as well. She mostly wants to know how much it's worth. Thanks for any help!!

Well I can tell you it's called 'Deserted Wagon'.......haven't found anything beyond that yet.

With the inexpensive frame and from just what I can see I think its a print,, not a painting !!

Is it on paper or canvas ?? What is written on it if anything other than the name ?? Is there a glass on top ? And yes,, for a value we need the size !!
