Antique tea kettle

I have a antique tea kettle with a man in a tuxido on the handle with a tall hat. The top has a woman on it dressed with a gown. I have been trying to determine when it was made. The only thing that I have to go on is the marking on the bottom that says t135.
Can anyone help.
