Extremely interesting wire statue
« on: July 13, 2012, 10:35:36 pm »
I found this in an antique shop in Chattanooga, TN. I was able to find a similar one on eBay. Trying to find out if anyone has ever seen anything of same style or content to maybe be able to identify an artist. The one on eBay can be seen here. http://item.mobileweb.ebay.com/viewitem;PdsSession=83c2b7e71380a5aa83114171ffe949f5?itemId=280915393663&index=2&nav=SEARCH&nid=76515665104

Seems as if I recall similar styled pieces offered for sale by the shops in Guadalajara. Don Quixote appears to be one of their favorite subjects.

Which one Mart?  :P

Preferably the underside of the base that the wire figure is on!  :)
I'm from the South - but please don't mistake my Southern Manners/Accent/Charm as a weakness!
