I don`t see anything that makes me think its very old I would say before 1950 but its impossible to get closer than that without seeing it in person !!  126 would be the mold number, made in England,, could be by any of the potteries there !! And there were many !! As far as value,, I would say between $30. and $40. !!

Thank you for your post. I know the pictures are terrible but the number on it actually says 19 (and then the 3rd number I cant make out)6. 19*6

Wouldn`t make much difference what the numbers are,, only rarely are dates used  !! Companies used style number, mold number ect !!  Remember these were made in lots,, not individual pieces and were to be sold !! So if someone wanted to buy say,, 5 of one style they had to have a way to identify that particular style or mold !!

Can you post another picture of the whole thing and all dimensions please?
