from what I see are all the different patterms in the glass. Does that mean stained glass is clear or patternless
I think the "pattern" you are referring to was done so for the purpose of "diffusing" or "distorting" the light, thus preventing one from "clearly" seeing through the glass.
Leaded glass is leaded glass, meaning it is
afixed in place via a lead perimeter or molding, ..... regardless of whether the glass that was used is clear, rippled, stained, painted, acid-etched, sand-blasted and/or colored glass.
If it looks like a "leaded glass" panel ..... and has any "color" to it, ...... most every one will call it a "
stained glass" window, door or
lamp shade.
