Buffalo Coat

I was given a buffalo hide coat, which is knee-length, and in poor condition, as far seams are concerned. I was told that it dates back to the 20's and valuable. Does anyone know anything about these, how much they're worth, or worth keeping. I would appreciate any help or answers, or anything to point me in the right direction.

:huh: it would have a value of about, $350.00 dollars in decent condition. wearable condition.
