Looks like 1920s by the "costume," or what there is of it. Smoking was considered especially risque for women back then.

micaela again I must say fantastic piece (as were your crystal fish) this piece  Art Deco  circa 1922 - 1935  and my gut is telling me you have another piece that could range from $3,000.00 or higher. If I may ask   Do you own this piece?? Are you a dealer, collector?? Again I am going to ask you to send photos and contact someone -   Christie's   https://www.christies.com/services/auction-estimates/  This will take 4-6 weeks for them to respond but I think will be well worth the wait. Something is pulling me to place it in the category of Goldscheider/Lorenzl.  Please let us know what you find out.

Well, I did say "what there is of it" :)

Wonderful piece (and I mean that in the most innocent way possible).

This is just bugging me!  Her 'form' is very familiar (shut it with the wise cracks  ;) ) If i can get my eyes open enough I'll take a boo around.

Looks like a languid movie star pose, ca. 1925...Marlene Dietrich?
