Given it is 8 ¼” in diameter ……. maybe it was made for use as a flue cover plate.

Mart - jumping in late here I know and hopefully everyone is past the whole conversation about the exclamation points but I just wanted to say that I also put exclamation points everywhere.

I think that when you aren't speaking to someone in person and you are communicating electronically where no one can hear inflection in your voice or see enthusiasm - it is the only way to convey that!!

So I also appreciate the excitement and enthusiasm of the marks that I use just as often!!

Really now, Bigwull, .... with two (2) ll's .... you really shouldn't be criticizing Mart for using explanation marks (!) ….. when you are guilty of using commas (,) when/where you should be using apostrophes (‘).

A bad case of mistaken identity Cogar...i never criticized Mart that was another member..if you check back you,ll see,..as for being guilty...of bad grammar.....I will treat that remark with the contempt it deserves!!!....
