Can someone help me figure out what this is?

I found this thing in my Grandpa garage. I have no idea what the hell this thing is. Does anyone know?

This was on the cover on the little tin container.


This is the item I want to know what it is.


The first picture was on the cover on the tin, but it came off very easily and this was under it.

Kind of, the dollar just has the triangle with an eye in the middle. In this one the eye is different, and then there are those three symbols.

IS it a print plate?  Can't tell if there is any depth....  Looks very much like the all-seeing eye.
The free masons also used the eye.  Masonic?

Not that I am aware off. My family only tells me that he was in the Korean War. He could off, I think he was born in the Mid 1920's or the 1930's.

Yes it's a printed plate that is nailed onto a piece of wood. I'm not sure what you mean by depth, but if you mean like small carvings. Then yes there are, and I have no Idea. He died when I was five.

The words are Italian~  
     sezione cattoli translates to Catholic Section
     sezione maschile translates to Men's section
     C S Cuor translated to S Heart

Yeah it's engraved, but what could it be a seal too? haha and yeah that's really all I could figure out about it when i was trying to figure out what it is.
