Dante I know what the test is for and what the results mean I'm just not sure why you would test a piece of glass that from the photos was so clear, Unless the piece in question could possibly be from the ABP. All glass that has a reaction under black light is not always the yellow-ish green ( vaseline glass) color mentioned. If the color glass reacts under black light it has some uranium oxide. In daylight they may be very green , pink, have a satin finish , be ABP and clear or the yellow-ish green (vaseline glass). So yes all vaseline glass has uranium oxide but not all dep glass that reacts is vaseline glass only the yellow-ish green.
