another charity shop find...
« on: September 17, 2012, 04:36:02 am »
I,m just back from my Monday morning foray...of the local charity shops...and i got some nice booty...nothing thats going to make me real rich...but nice none the less...this is a teashirt...or sweat shirt....nothing special about this kind of garment....well a plain one yes.....but this one has a very nice picture that has been airbrushed on it....and as you can see the quality of the work is in my opinion phenomenal....its been signed by the artist...and once i find some good batts for my camera i,ll take a closeup...it was done in 2005....i paid a fiver for it..but reckon to a collector of this guys work....it could be worth quite a bit..i recognised the picture right away...but i,m going to keep it to myself in the meantime....and let  Greenacre,s other half...the Rainman of music...or any one else guess who it is.....
I make no excuses,and no apologies....but i like a good Malt,

Good eye bigwull! Here's an article I read about T-Shirts and Thrift Stores a few weeks ago that you all might find interesting. ;) See the link below for the article:

Looks like a young Beetle!!!

There is even a successful business that makes bikinis out of vintage t's! (Vin-T) that is HIGHLY SUCCESSFUL!!!!

Love vintage t's.
