I see that quite a few member quote WorthPoint.  If any of you are frequent users of this service, can you give me your thoughts?  I am thinking of subscribing, but don't want it to be a waste of time.  It's not the $14.99/month that I am worried about as much as is the service as good as they make it out to be when they are trying to snag you.

Kimmie I always get annoyed they don't tell you prices if your not a member. Maybe they would get more members if they revealed their prices. It turns me off being forced to pay money.

I also will not pay a fee to them, I use it for info to do research on pieces and thats it.

Kimmie...keep your money...like Wendy and Greenacre has said..their demand for money is a big turn off for me too,...i too only use them as a point of reference....if i was paying them a monthly fee...i would,nt be searching as much as i am..and i,d always be expecting a 100% success rate...for anything that turned up....it might be different if you were in the antique business or were acting for a third party...and were going to get a fee for your findings....
