Similar but not the same !! Wagners W was crossed in the center which made an X !! 
Sapphire I looked close and I think that line is part of the statue, not the signature !!  But can`t be sure !!  Thanks for those pics !!  I am thinking this is a reproduction of one of his works maybe just for decorative purposes !! If only 5 lbs it isn`t bronze !!
