American pickers has peaked my interest in antiques. Mike always says if its strange and hes never seen it before he wants it.
That said I've never seen anything like these before. I rescued these from the trash, they belonged to a gentleman in his 90's.
I know virtually nothing about antiques, little lone Swiss fur ankle boots. Google searches yielded no helpful information.
Any information on these would be helpful. Thanks in advance. All I know about them came from the tag.
Qualite Minerva - Made in Switzerland, I am assuming they are Deer Fur exterior. On the under side of the tongue are numbers, I am also assuming the 8 is the size also indicated my a original tag on the bottom or one of the boots? The 7/44 is a month/year? The last number is a 4 it could mean it's a right, since the other boot has a last number of 3 maybe meaning its a left.
