Vintage Paris sleigh
« on: October 14, 2012, 12:23:25 pm »
Ok this is my $1 flea market buy.  Sad that the back is broken but still a nice vintage kinder sleigh for $1.  I have written to the company to see if they can tell me an age.  I am thinking maybe 50's but not sure when they stopped using wooden runners.  But it is connected with Phillips screws and a yellow nylon rope which they have on their newer sleighs.

Anyone have an estimate of age?  Would be appreciated.  In any case I am really pleased with this for $1   ;D

I would say thats probably right !! Maybe a little earlier !!  That yellow nylon could have been added later !!

I would guess around that time as well.  Interesting...most pics I have seen have red lettering and one in green.

Company is now known as Paricon and is again in the hands of family.
