LOL  Thought you would get me on that didn`t you ??  The one you posted is a cultivator with a flexible hinge and is only 6 inches wide as opposed to the 14 to 16 inch blade on a yo-yo !!  Yes I know they call it a hoe just because it technically does the same thing !!  A hoe/cultivator cuts below the soil line,, a yo-yo cuts above it !!
