Honestly,, to pay for an appraisal would cost more than you could likely sell the pan for !! I would check ebay and similar sale site to see if any approx this size by same maker are even selling !! I am talking end price not asking price !! Then you can get a pretty good idea !! Its probably silverplate,,inside could be tin over copper !! Not sure but check others that are similar !! I have had several ordinary pans/skillets that the handle unscrews so they can be replaced if broken !! Usually a long screw goes through end to end and screws into the pan !! Still have one I think !!
